The goal of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Certificate is to provide you with experience to attain an in-depth understanding of intellectual property and technology law and learn the skills and knowledge base that will be valuable to employers hiring recent graduates. During your second- and third-years of law school, you may design a specialized curriculum, combining doctrinal courses with experiential learning opportunities, to earn a certificate in intellectual property law. Through various events and activities, you will interact with attorneys, policymakers and scholars specializing in the field of intellectual property and technology law.
