Although we see students, faculty, and staff around us every day, we don’t always feel connected to one another. Empirical data can teach us how to increase our sense of belonging on campus. Drawing on findings from both quantitative and qualitative research, Dr. Meera E Deo, The Honorable Vaino Spencer Professor of Law at Southwestern Law School and Director of the Law School Survey of Student Engagement (LSSSE) will share insights and facilitate a discussion on building a community of belonging.
