This is an introductory lecture into the philosophy of veganism and the inherent connections between animal exploitation and human rights. Speaker Christopher “Soul” Eubanks will highlight why animal rights is a crucial component in achieving collective liberation for both animals and humans.
 
Christopher is a social justice advocate, public speaker, and non-profit director raised in Atlanta, GA who has dedicated himself to advocating for collective liberation. After learning the horrors of animal exploitation, Christopher became vegan, began organizing communities, and helped co-organize Atlanta’s first ever animal rights march. Christopher is the founder of APEX Advocacy, a non-profit animal rights organization that teaches grassroots activism and creates various campaigns to empower Black, Indigenous People of color to advocate for animal rights.
