Nilang is the founder of Cultivate Empathy for All, an organization that supports advocacy focused on transitioning towards a sustainable food system by leveraging empathy rooted in systems thinking, and works as a senior scientist in the field of genetic disorders. As a systems thinker, he believes that we live in a highly interconnected ecosystem, in which our wellbeing is interdependent on fellow humans, non-human animals, and the environment.
