Denver Law’s OCI Sessions & Early Recruiting Options
Online registration is now open for our Fall 2026 On-Campus Interview Session in Symplicity (OCI Module). Upper-level students in our full and part-time programs, as well as LLM, grad tax, and other masters' program students, may participate (depending on the position and employer selection). Registration will open in mid-November for our upcoming Spring 2027 On-Campus Interview Session. Students from all class years, including current 1L students, are able to participate in Spring OCI. There is no fee to participate in our OCI Sessions. Please reach out to Gayle Keahey, Director of External Relations, gayle.keahey@du.edu, with any questions and for more information.
The Office of Career Development & Opportunities (CDO) at the Sturm College of Law invites you to participate in one or more of our OCI sessions throughout the year for summer, academic year, and post-grad opportunities. We currently offer four OCI sessions: Spring (January-March), Early Summer (mid-June), Late Summer (August to early September), and Fall (October to early November). Both private and public sector employers may participate in any of the OCI Sessions. OCIs may be scheduled virtually or in-person here at the law school. You may also select a "Resume Collect" option through OCI (without an interview date).
In completing your OCI registration, please be as specific and detailed as possible on your criteria/skills (preferred/required), job description, practice areas for which you are interviewing/hiring, materials requested, class years of students (including LLM or Masters' students) you want to interview, and any other details unique to your program or position. If you are hiring in multiple offices and/or outside of Colorado, please include those as well, as some of our students are often interested in these opportunities and have connections across the country. Your posting information may be updated through us after you register. Per Colorado Law, please include salary information in your posting (monthly, weekly, or hourly rate or range; or link to that information on your website).
Early Recruiting for Summer 2028:
In addition, or as an alternative, to participating in one of our OCI sessions, you can post your opportunity with us at any time here: Denver Law Symplicity Job Posting Link. For early recruiting for Summer 2028, we will approve and tag your posting as an early Summer 2028 Recruiting Posting and promote it to our students along with our spring and summer OCI sessions. Your posting may direct students to apply directly on your firm’s website. With direct application postings, interviews will be scheduled by the firm. If you already have an account set up with us, you simply log in at the link above and post. If you need to create a new account, click this link, select the “Sign Up” tab at the upper right, and receive instructions for setting up a Symplicity Account through us; then proceed to post. If you experience any issues in posting, please let us know. There is no fee to post a position with us on our Symplicity job board.
Our office stands ready to assist and connect you with our students and graduates, and they are excited to meet you. Denver Law has long been ahead of the curve in providing students with opportunities to learn outside of the classroom, emphasizing writing and practical training, and providing a dynamic, rigorous curriculum.
For questions about any of our OCI sessions, summer or academic recruiting at the law school, posting a job, or other ways to engage with our students or graduates, please reach out to Gayle Keahey, Director of External Relations, gayle.keahey@du.edu.
