Professional Biography
Sarah Boulden is a partner at Silicon Legal Strategy and is the head of the Denver office. She works with technology companies and venture capital investors on a broad range of transactional legal matters, including day-to-day counseling, entity formations and corporate governance issues, protection and commercialization of intellectual property, equity and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Sarah is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she teaches Venture Law: Forming, Financing, and Selling a Startup, and guides law students as a Supervising Attorney and guest speaker at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School.
Before joining SLS, Sarah worked with Colorado-based startups and was the managing member of Entrepreneurial Solutions, a business consulting company in Boulder. Prior to earning her law degree, Sarah enjoyed a career in book publishing.
Sarah received her JD and MBA degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her undergraduate degrees in English and Corporate Communications with a minor in business from the University of Texas at Austin.
