Professional Biography
Lindsey is a federal tax controversy attorney with over 10 years of experience as a senior attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. She focuses her practice on complex tax advisory and litigation work. Lindsey holds a J.D. and an L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. Tax Court. Outside of her practice, Lindsey is a Colorado native who enjoys hiking and spending time with her children.
