Professional Biography
Jason Spitalnick is a partner at the law firm Snell & Wilmer and a member of the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice group. He advises clients on securities enforcement, white collar defense, internal investigations, and commercial litigation matters. Jason serves on the firm’s Technology Committee and AI Task Force.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Jason served as Counsel in the Enforcement Division at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he conducted complex investigations into violations of federal securities laws–including public company accounting fraud, offering fraud, Ponzi schemes, insider trading, and breaches of fiduciary duty by investment advisers.
