Professional Biography

Dani Diercks Farrell has always had a passion for juvenile justice reform and youth in need. Whether working with foster youth in transition, the city gang unit, or teenage parenting groups, Mrs. Diercks Farrell is honored to serve our community's youth and their voice to the best of her ability.

Beyond the law, Mrs. Diercks Farrell has a Master's Degree in Social Work and actively practices strength-based treatment with all clients and families. While many current community systems focus on rehabilitative work, Mrs. Diercks Farrell firmly believes that preventative knowledge is the only way to truly serve our youth. Through years of experience and ongoing education, Mrs. Diercks Farrell, testifies regularly as an expert in matters surrounding the best interest of the child in all case types. Mrs. Diercks Farrell also sits on and consults with Boards for education reform, various youth-oriented foundations, military support, and female empowerment and mental health awareness task forces.
