Professional Biography

Abigail Frame is a litigation attorney at Woods Aitken LLP, where she focuses on construction law and commercial disputes. Abigail represents contractors and subcontractors in matters ranging from smaller claims to complex, multi-party litigation, guiding cases from inception through resolution, whether through trial, arbitration, or negotiated settlement. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America (2024–2026) for work in Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, and Litigation – Construction.

Prior to entering private practice, Abigail served as a law clerk in the 20th Judicial District of Colorado, where she worked closely with judges on a wide range of civil and criminal matters, gaining significant experience in legal research, motion practice, and courtroom proceedings.

Abigail's practice and teaching interests focus on practical litigation strategy and the real-world application of legal remedies in construction disputes.
