Alcohol Approval Form

In order to serve alcohol at your law event, please be aware of the following:

  • Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • If any students will attend your event, you must utilize drink tickets (maximum two drinks per person).
  • Drink tickets, along with a list of current law students, are provided by the Student Affairs office. Please note, there are current students under the age of 21. Thus, a student list is important to confirm this information while distributing drink tickets.
  • If more than 50 people will attend your event, you will need to fill out a Campus Safety Alcohol Event Registration form.
  • Catering is required when serving alcohol at an event.
  • All events must comply with the University's Use & Consumption of Alcohol Policy.
