Working after graduation for a one to two-year term as a judicial law clerk for a federal judge is an outstanding way to kick off your legal career. Because federal clerks assist their judges with research, writing, and analysis, clerkships offer unparalleled training and mentorship for early career attorneys. In addition, a federal clerkship is highly prestigious and is a credential coveted by employers, including nonprofits, government agencies, and law firms. This program will feature speakers from the Sturm College of Law’s Judicial Clerkship Committee and federal clerks from DU who will share their experiences. Come learn more about the value of federal clerkships, the application timeline, and how to apply!
