Professional Biography
Justin Speer is very glad to join the Sturm College of Law as the Digital Marketing Specialist within the Office of Communications. Justin comes most recently from the Kansas City area, where he was the grants manager for the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, responsible for writing, reporting on, and monitoring compliance with private- and government-funded grants across all of the association’s programs and membership centers. Prior to the Y, Justin spent more than a decade directing various operations of the Center for Urban Education, a teacher professional development program at DePaul University in Chicago. Originally from Boulder, Justin has a BFA in theatre from the University of Colorado, and an MS in public service administration from DePaul. A former law student himself, Justin is excited to return to the realm of legal education in his home state.
