Professional Biography
Justin Speer provides support for the law school's website, external communications and news articles. Justin comes most recently from Kansas City, where he was the grants manager for the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, responsible for writing, reporting on, and monitoring compliance with private- and government-funded grants across all of the association’s programs and membership centers. Prior to the Y, Justin spent more than a decade directing various operations of the Center for Urban Education, a teacher professional development program at DePaul University in Chicago. Originally from Boulder, Justin has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Colorado, and a Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul.
