Panel discussion of Mendenhall v. Denver, a federal lawsuit initiated by the Sturm College of Law Civil Rights Clinic, now with the Institute for Justice, arguing that the Warrant Clause of the Fourth Amendment, as originally understood, banned hearsay for search warrants.
