Join us for a workshop exploring the evolving legal landscape of corporate climate liability. This event will bring together scholars and practitioners to discuss emerging trends in climate litigation focusing on corporate climate accountability and the legal strategies driving it.
We are honored to welcome Justice Brian Preston, Chief Judge of the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales, Australia, as our keynote speaker.
The Ved Nanda Center invites contributions to this workshop. We welcome proposals addressing substantive and procedural issues in corporate climate litigation, including fiduciary duties, greenwashing claims, enforcement mechanisms, and cross-border challenges.
