Dan Magraw is  a Senior Fellow at the Foreign Policy Institute, Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He teaches at SAIS and the University of Miami School of Law. He is President Emeritus of the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL).
