In fact\, there is no general legal principle of anti-racism in the UK or elsewhere in comparative (Canada\, India\, South Africa) and international law. In response\, the book contributes to defining\, locating and realising a general principle of anti-racism in public law.
<drupal-entity alt="headshot of Professor Shreya Atrey" data-align="left" data-entity-type="file" data-entity-uuid="38a2dd06-fc0a-4795-b082-04027c0401ea" data-embed-button="file_browser" data-entity-embed-display="image:image" data-entity-embed-display-settings="{&quot\;image_style&quot\;:&quot\;profile_image&quot\;\,&quot\;image_link&quot\;:&quot\;&quot\;\,&quot\;image_loading&quot\;:{&quot\;attribute&quot\;:&quot\;lazy&quot\;}\,&quot\;svg_render_as_image&quot\;:1\,&quot\;svg_attributes&quot\;:{&quot\;width&quot\;:&quot\;&quot\;\,&quot\;height&quot\;:&quot\;&quot\;}}">&nbsp\;</drupal-entity>
Shreya Atrey is an Associate Professor in International Human Rights Law at the Faculty of Law\, University of Oxford.
