The site will contain primary materials on important matters relating to issues of corporate governance. In particular it will include primary materials from important cases, relevant laws and statutes, and empirical studies and analysis. The site is happy to accept submissions from anyone with relevant materials but reserves absolute right to post or not post at its sole discretion.
