Please be sure to complete all required forms by the posted deadlines.
Timesheets/Journals need to be submitted online on a weekly basis once you begin your externship. Due on Mondays, for the preceding week. More about Journals »
Externship Seminars are mandatory for first-time externs; you do not need to register separately for these seminars. Please see our externship seminar schedule for more information on days/times of seminars and available course materials.
Requirements:
- Attend an externship seminar, if first-time extern for credit.
- Externship status conference and Extern’s Mid-Semester Conference Report and Project List. These forms will be available on the Legal Externship Program’s website, under Forms.
- Write weekly reflective journals.
- Submit weekly timesheets detailing the activities and number of hours worked.
- Submit evaluations, completed by the mentor, regarding the extern’s performance.
- Complete both the Externship Evaluation and the Seminar Evaluation.
