Environmental and Natural Resources Law Certificate Application

All enrolled students in good standing will be eligible for the Environmental and Natural Resources Law (ENRL) Certificate. To qualify students much have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 in all ENRL courses.

Requirements for the certificate are as follows:
1. Must take:
Administrative Law (L4025)
 
2. Must take a minimum fifteen (15) credits in the ENRL curriculum including:
A. One of these courses:
Environmental Law (L4220)
Natural Resources Law (L4450)
 
B. Completion for credit of one of the following live-client experiences or simulations in the ENRL program:
An ENRL-related experience through the Student Law Office, or
An ENRL-related full semester externship through the legal externship program, or
A simulated experience course such as the Natural Resources Distinguished Practitioner Seminar
