Environmental & Natural Resources Law Program
No other law school in the United States offers a specialized program in environmental and natural resources law with the breadth, scope and opportunities provided at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Our program is unique in terms of the number and variety of domestic and international course offerings. The curriculum emphasizes both theoretical and experiential knowledge and students can explore practical and ethical contributions to current and future environmental and natural resource issues.
Students also benefit from faculty at the forefront of research and practice, building their problem-solving skills through case study, classroom simulation, environmental advocacy, practicums, legal externships and clinical programs. Students graduate from the program fully prepared to meet the challenges of this dynamic field. In addition to the JD degree, advanced study programs are offered as well.
